Store's Policy

General Refund/Exchange Policy

All CD/DVD Media, software, ink/printer cartridges, cables, headphone, microphone are final sales.
All items must be in original factory seal in order for exchange. There is no exchange for any opened products.
We do offer trade-in for all products.
All exchange must be made within 30 days with the original invoice date. After the 30 days period has passed, the customer are no longer exchange the product.
We require a proof of purchase for warranty or exchange.
Saigontek will only exchange the amount printed on the customer's original invoice but not the amount printed on our in-store price list.
If a product is not available in-store for exchange, we offer an equivalent CREDIT.

FTA Satellites Policy

FTA receivers come pre-programmed with the manufacturer's FTA software that enables you to receive all of the free to air channels offered by free to air satellites. We provide customer support for the pre-programmed manufacturer's software only. Saigontek & the Manufacture do not permit refunds on returns. Only exchanges & repairs are possible. Downloading anything other than the manufacturers FTA program could be illegal and will definitely void your warranty. We do not provide support for program downloads that may enable you to receive Encrypted channels. Any attempts to program the unit to view Encrypted satellites will void your warranty and no exchange or repair will be offered.
Saigontek do not load them with any illegal software/flash/bins to receive any encrypted channels.
Saigontek do not take any responsibility for any loading programs to receive encrypted channels
There are any modifications of our receivers will void your warranty.
We do not support any thing from third party software.
All FTA Receivers are warranty within 30 days from the date you purchase. After the 30 days period has passed, we do not responsible for defective Hardware/Software. The customer have to ship directly the defective product to the FTA Receivers manufactory.

General System and Parts Policy

All new computer systems cover one year hardware as well as labour warranty.
All new computer parts cover one month warranty after that manufactory warranty
The customer have to ship directly the defective product to the manufactory.
All used computer systems and parts cover 30 days; Otherwise specified AS IS.
All new and used computers systems do not include any software protections. For example, virus attack, spy- ware, ad-ware. Please consult your services specialist for any information.
All computer system problems related to software issues. All repairs will have services charges apply.
